After hundreds of never ending failures and four years of painstaking trial and error experiments, Bane has finally put his obstinacy to good use by solving each of the many riddles involved in the secretive process of handcrafting traditional, rice paste mounted calligraphy scrolls. He hopes to complete two large-scale commissioned works by the end of the summer (one for Single Flower Sangha and one for Furnace Mountain Zen Center [see below]).
